Verdict: a solid pick for an unwind session. The 60 FPS holds on the kissing close-ups where you'd usually see stutter on stockings, and the 8K bandwidth doesn't waste itself — detail goes to faces and texture rather than over-sharpening the room. One nit: the binaural mix runs slightly hot on the right channel during the cowgirl segment; ducking system volume a couple of clicks brings it back to natural. The dark-comedy side, if you want it — this is the version of a New Year scene that knows you're spending the holiday in a Quest 3 instead of at a bar, and doesn't lecture you about it.
